৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
- আলিসবাহ শপ-এ করা সব অর্ডার পণ্যের উপলভ্যতা ও নিশ্চিতকরণের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
- জালিয়াতি সন্দেহ হলে আমরা যে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
- সমস্ত পেমেন্ট আমাদের নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। আমরা আপনার পেমেন্ট তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি না।
৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
- আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় চেকআউটের সময় প্রদান করা হবে এবং এটি অবস্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, আবহাওয়া বা অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
- যদি কোনো অর্ডার ট্রানজিটে হারিয়ে যায় বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তাহলে আমাদের সহায়তার জন্য যোগাযোগ করুন।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- [X] দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে, তবে তা আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতিমালার শর্তাধীন হবে।
- ফেরত পাঠানো পণ্য গ্রহণ ও পরিদর্শনের পরে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
- শিপিং খরচ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, যদি না এটি আমাদের ভুলের কারণে ঘটে।
৬. পণ্য তথ্য ও মূল্য নির্ধারণ
- আমরা সঠিক পণ্যের বিবরণ ও মূল্য প্রদানের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি, তবে ভুল থাকতে পারে।
- যদি কোনো মূল্যের ভুল ধরা পড়ে, তাহলে আমরা পূর্ব নোটিশ দিয়ে অর্ডার বাতিল বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
